with cpu installed, injecting 1v on pp1v5_s0_cpu_mem when cpu (no ram or vga) is installed. in this scenario, diode value on this line is 0,054
as soon as i remove the cpu, i have 0,180 and no amp drow injecting voltage on the line.
i've also discovered that i have a small amp draw (0,0036) on line pp3v3_s0, even with a good diode measurement

Why injecting voltage with CPU installed?
If you have good diode mode reading without CPU, you should try another CPU.
If still low reading without CPU, there is something else bad on that line.

You have a low value on 1V5_S0 power rail.
Not too low, corresponding power supply can still work; even with CPU connected.
When you connect the airport card, overcurrent mode is triggered for that power supply.
Small current increased caused by airport card consumption, I suppose.

Remove/replace Q3406 and test again.

Remove Q3470 and test again.
Resolder Q3470 and remove C3430/1; test again.
I still suspect overcurrent triggered for 1V5_S0, or 3V3_S0 power rails, once airport card is connected.
