How do I bypass SPIDIF on 820-4924

hello guys, have got an 820-4924 with a red light coming out of the Audio jack, causing my speakers to grey out on desktop , please how do I disable this ?

In normal mode, pins 1/2 must be in contact.
Do you get headphones sound?

yes contact is good , though am not entirely sure what you mean by contact, if you are talking about the joints , yes they are good
