Mac Air 820-00165 green light , no backlight , dont charge

Hi,
i have a mac air with green light , it's taking to much current when battery and charger are plugged in ?

I don't exactly understand what you mean...
Please post accurate information.
Do you get image and missing backlight?

Mac works normaly on battery but when i plug megsafe charger the board is going hot and charges to much amps .
also pin 17/18 on u7000 resistance is 150 omhs ??
fixed backlight bad chip .

You mean U7100; fix that problem.
Check R7150-52, their traces and solders to U7100.
I hope you talk about resistance between pins, not to ground...

I changed R7151 with high omhs , now normal value 2.45 ohms . but it's not turning On . both ppbus , pp3v42 available ! what to check now ?

PPbus_g3h = 8.59v
PM_BATLOW_L = 3.42v
it turns now ON ! when i unplug the LIO Connector it turns on but when i plug the battery its charge to much amps . but it stays on with battery when unplug charger ?

Do you really ask if stays on in such case?
Cannot test???
Looks like you have a problem with LIO board, or flex...

I tries 3 lio boards and flex cable still the same board looks clean. The problem is only when i plug the battery in and starts charging to much amps .

No i dont have another one , but why it turns on only on battery without charger but dont charge ?

You really mix the things and make hard to understand you.
Don't charge, but take too much ampers charging; very unclear/confuse, as I said...

Please specify:
- does it turn on on charger only?
- does it turn on battery only?
- does it turn on with both charger and battery connected?
And use original Magsafe 2 charger!!!

- does it turn on battery only? ---- Yes , just by pressing power button or shorting smc_onoff !
- does it turn on with both charger and battery connected? Yes , but the board is getting Hot on both magsafe2 and powerDC !

You didn't mention about SMC bypass before; very imporrtant info!

Check SMC_PBUS/DCIN_VSENSE on charger only.
Also post SMC_BMON/DCIN_ISENSE.
Take a look at SMC_BMON_DISCRETE_ISENSE too.

SMC_DCIN_VSENSE = 3.092v
SMC_BMON_ISENSE = 059.0mv
SMC_DCIN_ISENSE = 038.0mv
SMC_BMON_DISCRETE_ISENSE = 164.3mv
