PP1V8_S3 - 0v
PP1V05_SUS - 1.05v
PP1V5_S0 - 0v
PP3V3_SUS - 3.3v
PP3V3_S4 - 0.3v
PP3V3_S3 - 0.6v
PP5V_S0 - 0v
I think i need to check all the base voltages again. Will post the results later.

No need to check any S3/0 voltage, as you don't get L7520 voltage (5V).

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L.

Sorry but you'll have to guide me thru this one.. please tell me the procedure. How do i trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and can i check for drop pulse with a multi meter?
I just checked voltage on L7520 when i power on. it gives me 5.1v when fan spins and then drops again 5.1v fan spins and drops.
SMC_ONOFF_L has 3.41v.

As you must work with board alone on the desk, R5115/16 pads can be used instead od power button.
In fact, solder a wire on a convenient point of SMC_ONOFF_L and temporary touch the ground, simulating power button action.
Voltmeter should note PM_PWRBTN_L dropping from 3V to 0V at same time.

Appreciate you hand holding me thru this one... Did as instructed and PM_PWRBTN_L drops from 3.4v to 0v. Fan spins and stops.

If fan spins, this means the board tries to start at least.
Check if voltage appears on all big coils at that time.
Also try to start in SMC bypass mode.

"Check if voltage appears on all big coils at that time."
Did you really check for pulse at ALL big coils???

L7130 - 8.59v steady
L7520 - 5.1v and drops
L7560 - 3.3v steady
L7430 - 1.21v and drops
L7630 - 1.05v and drops
L7310 - 1.8v and drops
L7320 - 1.8v and drops
SMC bypass - Fan spins, all voltages steady and i get display too. What next..

Removed and re soldered U7100 and I have a perfect working board. Boots up and working fine on adapter but randomly shuts down when running on battery. Sometimes works for 5 minutes and sometimes just shuts down before the boot process completes. No problems when it's running on adapter. Any ideas what i should check?

How can i confirm if it has started in smc bypass. I keep the power button pressed for 10 seconds but it boots up and behaves like it is normal. I read it becomes slow but i don't feel any difference.

This one is driving me crazy... I keep the power button pressed for 10 - 15 seconds but find no change in fan speed. I am not sure if i managed to do a smc bypass. I still shuts down on battery. will run for maybe a few minutes. Any other way to do a smc bypass?
