Isn't your board 820-01987?

Did you try DFU mode?
Was the board cleaned and corroded components replaced?

correct my mistake my board is 820-01987, I have not tried DFU mode yet , I spotted some corroded areas including the fan connector was gone and i rebuilt it , but all the other places were fine and no shorts found, but i realize that CPU gets hot .

This isn't an M1 board. This is Intel. Also you aren't pulling 10 amps. Post voltage on L7210.

Can be CPU, or accumulated crap under it, or other BGA chip.
A simple corroded resistor can be also enough to block the board.

Did you try DFU at least?

No, I have not yet tried the DFU mode , Would you please provide me with the combination keys to get it into DFU mode ?

Thank you .

I will also review the resistors to see if any of them is corroded.
