None of these are expected LDOs.
Look at U8100 (SYM 3 OF 6)!!!

If none of LDOs is shorted (or lower value than expected), possibly bad U8100.
Check first if C8315 gets 3.8V...

C8315 I get 3.8v
PP1V5_VLDOINT_MPMU - 1.5v
The lowest resistance I get around U8100 is 033 on L8100 and on U7700 I get 018 on L7740

I noticed that PP5V_BSTLQ_VOUT_SPMU is shorted, and when i inject voltage 0.5v the wire heats up but no components on that line

C7801 was shorted, i removed it and now it's stuck at 5v and around 0.04a but at times it goes 0.2a
