Macbook Air A1466 820-00165-A no display

Hi, I have a MacBook Air A1466 820-00165-A with weird colour lines on display, At first I thought its a broken LCD but it stays the same on another known good LCD and there's no display even on the HDMI ( the system seems to work fine as caps lock key lights up when pressed)
any help would be appreciated,

Any history fault available?

Disconnect internal LCD and check again external video.

hi yes the external video works only when the internal display is disconnected.
no history of the fault available except it went for some other repair in a shop in Qatar, not working after that

The vertical colored lines and white horizontal stripe, looks like bad LCD for me.

If you get exact same behaviour with known good LCD assembly, then check all pull-down resistos R83xx and series capacitors C832x, connected to J8300.
Just in case, change the video connector.
