Hello!
I am looking at a MacBook Air M2 A2681 820-02536 that came in not charging. When I plugged the MagSafe charger in, there was no light, and USB-C did not work either. I tried replacing the battery just in case, and that did not work. I pulled up the boardview file and started checking the connections at the battery connector and found a short on PP5V_CHGR. I initially checked in diode mode, and when that showed shorted, I switched to ohms and found that it measured at 0.3ohms, indicating a short. Boardview shows PP5V_CHGR goes all over the board, so I have no idea where to even begin trying to chase it down. No signs of water damage, did not want to inject voltage since the APU and NAND were highlighted.
