Since I get lots of messages related to tools I used, here is the list. If you buy from an amazon link we get a few bucks from it, the ultrasonics/flux from mailin.repair are sold by us as well.

SMD CHIPSETS: We sell a bunch now. Check out https://mailin.repair and choose your device or desired chip type from the dropdown menu at the top.

What types of components (resistors capacitors etc) do you stock and what are the most common ones that get replaced?

I use capacitors from scrap boards, as duke recommend long time ago.
For resistors, I got 0402, 0603 and 0805 "book style"; don't buy mixed ones, you will not use even 1% of the caps...
I got 0201 resistors in stripes, I extract them faster than from a book.
1206 in stripes too, as I used them very rare...
Good to have many new LP8550 too.

Hi all
What leads do you use for the magsafe chargers so you can plug them into power supply? Did you just make them or can they be purchased?

Yea, I sacrificed a charger, but I'm sure you can find leads. Quick search of ebay pulled them up.
