Ok L7210/20 jump anywhere from 0.15 - 0.51 only if amps are sitting between 0.11a - 0.25a. When I first plug in the motherboard amps jump up to 0.83a and the volts range on those 2 coils from 0.46 - 1v. L7900 measured at 1.2v. L8020 measured 0volts and now my amp meter only reads 0.02-0.04a any time it is plugged in. It does not jump up to 0.83a anymore it consistently measuring 0.02 - 0.04a.

Leave the battery disconnected.
The board should turn on automatically, when charger is connected.
If not, press power button.

When I was testing the coils I had already removed the LB from the case so the battery has not been connected. I did have the charger plugged in when testing the coils but something definitely happened because amps are now only running at 0.02 to 0.04a.

I don't recommend you to spend more time with this board.
You did something wrong when swapped the screen panel.
Do not insist, as seems you already made more damage after that.

I hope you don't take this as an offense.
Just need someone with more experience to try and recover it (if still possible).
