MB Pro A1989 2018

I got in a macbook pro that supposedly was not charging or powering on. When i received it, i plugged it in and the devices powered on but is only pulling between .50 to .80 amps and the wattage is moving between 40.5 to 48 w. What is the normal amps reading for this device and where could i find a schematic for this device.

Did you check for USB acivity, external video?

I do have usb activity and external video, im repeating the question how much amps should a healthy board be taking and how do I find the board code.

Do you also get internal video, machine works perfectly???

What is that concern about ampers?
It depends by many things, like battery state, current CPU activity, backlight level...

Board number is 820-00850. It's written on the board.
20V (on USB-C) at 0.5A to 0.8A is 10W to 16W, not 40W to 48W.
