Hi I would like to know what would hold a board from dropping from 1.15v to .959v
I have one board that just hangs at 1.15v and second that goes from 1.15 to .685v Neither of these two boot.
I have a booting board that works and it starts at 1.15v and then settles at around .950
forgive me if this is a dumb question I’m just trying to understand what’s going on here
