Question about PPVCORE_S0__CPU_PH3

Hi I would like to know what would hold a board from dropping from 1.15v to .959v

I have one board that just hangs at 1.15v and second that goes from 1.15 to .685v Neither of these two boot.

I have a booting board that works and it starts at 1.15v and then settles at around .950
forgive me if this is a dumb question I’m just trying to understand what’s going on here

We don't even know about which board you talk.
Not all the boards have the same behaviour...

I think on booted board, VCORE drops to 0.78V aprox.
But I remember that should note passing to 0.95V.
Seems that is stuck there in your case.
And should be a communication problem, maybe between CPU and GPU.
Did you try to disable the GPU?

I don't remember to noted a drop under 0.7V for VCORE.
Doesn't matter which phase you check, the 3 coils are tied together on output.

Ok yes I tried to disable gpu still same thanks I will check Check rails again

Also try one RAM module at a time; PC3-10600/12800.
