Tired of Repairshopr being broke, any good alternatives?

Been using Repairshopr for years and can't deal with the constant issues anymore. Anyone using anything similar that handles POS, customer database, customer correspondence, work orders, etc? Would greatly appreciate knowing a good alternative AIO POS system, preferably with an app or functionality for customers to read/sign digital intake/outtake forms.

Repairshopr went to shit after troy sold it to syncro. they stopped even having working smtp relay.

i tried repairdesk. believe it or not things can actually get worse. it is way slower at loading anything, it takes more clicks to get to tickets, the shipstation integration adds tickets to shipstation when a customer first sends arepair rather than after they pay for one... i spent money migrating & time to actually go backwards...

i am convinced the way to go at this point is just claude code something yourself. when i finally find the time... that is the way... this is all old duct taped together php stuff being sold at premium prices that takes 5 seconds to load a ticket page.

Thanks for the advice, I appreciate that. Repairdesk was something I was looking at, but if its actually worse, Ill pass. There's an app called myrepairapp that actually looks pretty good, but all the correspondence to and from the customer is housed in a separate chat interface that isn't tied to the tickets, which is a no-go for us, but that app has potential. We need all correspondence to the customer to stay with each ticket, otherwise I'd seriously consider moving over to that. Repairshopr is so broken and put on the back burner by Syncro that its becoming useless and Im tired of fighting with support which is mainly AI now. To Claude code something is a rabbit hole I don't want to go down. AI wastes more time than it saves imo...thanks for the heads up on Repairdesk.
