820-00165 no power

Arrived with liquid damage mainly in rtc area. Replaced everything but still no power. TP from PPVOUT_S0_PCH_DCPRTC was nearly destroyed. Attempted to jumper from what was left of that to C0805 but no change.

Any other ideas to try or is this a no fix since signal comes from PCH? I do not see anywhere else on the board view to run a jumper to.

Do you mean OL?
Unless you checked without removing power from the MLB.
I cannot imagine how do you get 3.3V over 0 ohm resistor...

DCPRTC voltage is only for PCH internal use; 1.5V as normal.
I'm not sure if C0895 is so critical.

Check the 4 PCH's RTC signals.

RTC_RESET_L 3.3V

PCH_SRTCRST_L 3.3V

PCH_INTVRMEN 3.2V

PCH_INTRUDER_L 3.065v

Some power rails are fluctuating

CPUVR_PGOOD_R only 0.51V

PM_S0_PGOOD flucuates around 0.400-0.450V

0V on PM_SLP_S4_L

what should be checked next?

3V3_SUS fluctuates between 1.3v-1.9V

PM_DSWPWRGD 3.4V

PCH_DSWVRMEN 3.3V

PM_SLP_S0_L 2.7V with and without SMC_ONOFF_L triggered

PM_SLP_S4_L 0V no pulse

PM_SLP_S5_L 0v no pulse

PM_SLP_SUS_L 3.3V without SMC_ONOFF_L triggered
