If no other coil from the board has the same value as in PPBUS_G3H, you are lucky; check that.

Set amp limit to max for lab PSU.

Post actual ohm value at L7370 and previous value, before checking U7370.
Burnt U7370 could damaged CPU, because of overvoltage...
