I have tried reballing smc, and i see that ball 34 is gone ( lpc_ad, but i don think it matters..)

Why did you touch SMC?
And what you did to burn D6905???

If you find a burnt piece, don't you want to find the reason, before applying power?

Now check diode mode at C6990/99.

ppvin_g3h_p3v42g3h is shorted, internal shorted because i already lift all caps and component of it, so i construct new path , you can see the picture, now it give a dim green light with blinking yellow light, i have 16.5v on fuse
Im pretty confident with my smc reballing skill.., should be no problem..
Yeah my bad about finding problem before replacing every burn thing..

Post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage.
Also voltage and diode mode for SCL/SDA lines oif battery bus.

Okay the fan spinning but no caps lock or backlight / image or anything, and ppbus is 8.18v with magsafe only connected..
smc_reset_l 3.4v, so either isl / smc right ?

Voltage 3.4v on both, steady
Diode mode very similar 0.444 same value both
Tried another smc, ppbus is 8.2v , board still can turn on, it can see battery, but not charging and can’t run off battery
Ppbus with battery only connected is 1.3-1.4v

8.2V is not correct PPBUS_G3H (without battery).
As voltages and diode mode readings are good on battery bus, then should be SMC, or U7000 problem.
I hope you soldered ISL6258...
