820 3115 board not switching on shorts found at U6990

I can't find the cap the is on that line. What I have done is inject 3,3v at pin 10 of u6990 and it gave a current draw of 1.66a. L6995 after a few seconds was getting warm so I am looking at replacing that just to see what happens, then work up from there to find anything that might be dragging the voltage down.

You injected the voltage at the wrong side of L6995. The current through L6995 is heating it up. Inject on other side and find something else that heats up.

C6403 and C6405 are the caps he's referring to. Also remove L6995 and inject 3.42v on pin 2 and see if you get a green light this way.

Thanks for the cap names, caps checked. Found no problems with them when checking them with red to ground and black on either side of them. L6995 removed injected 3.42v on pin 2, no green or red on charger, no fan spin. PSU gives current draw of between 1.5a and 2.5a. Board gently getting warm when power is injected for about 30 seconds. Looking for other issues on that line.
