I asked if turns on without LIO flex in normal mode...

pwrbtn drops to 0000 and back to 3.4v
batlow is 3.4v

but what makes me crazy now it starts it self without flex I/O ?!

Check again with LIO flex connected.
If doesn't start again, try known good LIO flex and board.
Also inspect LIO connector pins on MLB, under microscope.
