Without Battery
SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL is 3.4V
SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA is 3.4V ( I found it pulsing sometimes between 0.4 to 3.4V but then it was stable)

With Battery and With Battery + Charger

its 3.3V stable

Still one fan doesn't spin?
Turn on the machine with charger alone (if still possible) and install HWSensors.
Then look for any strange value reported.

Alse check what errors pop up starting in diagnostic mode.

In the diagnostics mode when the supposed fan test was being conducted, the second fan started spinning and then stopped.
Battery Error Code PPT001
FAN Error PPF004
Additional Reference Code PPF003

I notice that X and E are not working. I dont know if the issue was there before.

Battery error is expected, as te machine was started without battery.

Fan error may be caused by a problem on the corresponding board area.
Compare diode mode readings between both fan circuitries.
PPF003 is also fan related.

What means "X and E"?

Is R6051 a empty point on the board or there was a resistor there and it fell off. I put it back assuming that it fell off.

R6050/55/51 Values are same as R6000/05/01.

Still the same issue only 1 fan spins and it doesnt boot on battery.

If we boot the device with battery connected and display disconnected , the device recognises the battery and charges it as well. (Checked with a external display but still only 1 fan spins at max)

We had checked another board on this chasis and everything had worked well then. So i dont think its a Display Issue.

Both fan circuits are identical.
If R6001 is soldered, same applies for R6051.

If only one fan spins to max, there must be a problem with its control circuit.
Failing temperature sensor should set both fans to max.

So machine turns on with battery connected, only if internal LCD assembly is disconnected at same time?

If battery and charger connected, turns on but no internal image, or you don't get voltage an any big coil?

If display + battery connected
Device wont turn on

If Display connected and battery disconnected
Device Turns On

If Battery connected but display disconnected
Device Turns on
