One Fan goes high and then stops. No voltage on any big coil on this side of the board.

With LCD disconnected
There is voltage on all big coils except
L3500
L8410
L4310/20/30 (Maybe because no LCD connected.

If the fan spins, that means the board turns on.
Not booting, is what we need to find why.

Try turning on the machine with all things connected, but in SMC bypass and also safe mode.

Same thing. The single fan goes high and then off.

Install HWSensors and check reported values when booting on internal screen, with battery disconnected.
Do the same booting with battery connected and internal LCD disconnected; use external monitor.
Take screenshot in both cases, for comparison.

Connected an external monitor.

Device stuck at apple logo without LCD connected but runs on battery so i cannot get sensor readings.

Tried a safe mode boot. Still stuck in apple logo

I was expecting I/V sensors, not temperatures.

Just in case, try known good BIOS.
