D6902 can't cause the problem.
If goes short, then you have a problem with a cap connected after it; or U6903.

Replaced all the CAPS. D6902 is ok so didnt change that.

D6902
Pin 1 .470
Pin 2 .560
Pin 3 .562

Still the board is stuck at 5V.

Voltages
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H IS 3.7V
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR_R IS 5.1V
PPBUS_G3H IS 0.1V

PP3V3_G3H IS 2.3V

Resisatnces (Across Pins)

R6902 is 0.5 Ohms
R6915 is 0.5 Ohms
R6907 is 12.2 Ohms

Few says ago you've reported working machine with battery connected.
I don't know what happens there.
Check all components battery related.

Pay atention to Q7065 and its adjacent components and traces.
Be sure battery's data cable is correctly connected.
Test the both battery you have.

So R6051 was knocked off from the board so had to replace it to get the battery detection. But it got knocked off again with pads missing on the board. So i had to run a jumper wire from Pin 2 of R6051 to a test point on the opposite side. Now i dont know if the problem is from there or not.

Q7065 - Do you need nay voltages ?

You want me to remove R6950 and tie Pin 1 of J6951 to ground ?

I did that. Still the same.

Couldnt find any. Customer agreed to use it without battery. It went dead again today.

Same Issue. A cap is shorted. Fixed that - now changing the diode again
