(SOLVED) 820-3115 no image

so there's this macbook 820-3115 , which came in with corrosion on L9080, backlight is on, there's keyboard backlit too, i can see the caps lock light too,
pin 2 3 4 j9000 is 3.3v
I replace L9080, try diode mode from pin 8-15 is 0.514, is this pch problem ?

Are you sure L9080 is OK now?
I would use direct wires instead.

Did you try known good compatible LCD assembly?
Check all traces around J9000; you may need to replace it too.

Ok i will try new connector
First, the L9080 doesn't have continuity to its front, now it have after i replace it, is there any measurement i can make on L9080?

Just be sure both lines have continuity over the coils...

Do you get black screen, or pure white?

Do you have continuity from pins 17/18 of the LCD connector to the other side of L9080?

Black screen/backlight on these can very well be a dead PCH or crap under it.

I presume you have tried another display?

damn, pin 17 doesnt make its way to l9080, newbie mistake here, thanks 2informaticos and tcrs , solved..

Check diode mode and voltage at LVDS_DDC_CLK/DATA lines.
Do the same for the other LVDS data lines.
Be sure L9004/08 have really 0 ohm resistance.

no.., I mean the problem is solved, I run a wire from pin 17 to l9089.., thanks a lot..
