I think its probably dead, there was explosion on firewire circuit, and it has destroyed many traces underneath that chip and there is short on 3v3s0 line aswell

Smc reset have 3.5volts and u6901 have 3.5 on pin 1,4,5 u6990 have 3.5 on 1,2,4,5 can it be because pp3v42 is 3.58 instead on 3.42?

Its Its not working on smc bypass mode, i removed u6100 and fans started spinning and all power rails comes up. i can see light in usb mouse when its plugged in
