I was able to find the shorted cap and now macbook powers on, however can anyone tell me why I can only change the amps on my power supply and not the volts, is it my power supply that is faulty? btw the middle button is to stop the output.

Got a 820-00165 board, liquid damaged. Back of the board looks new with no corrosion, the front has burned components, and the previous owner ripped some of the G3H components while cleaning the board.

This board came from a liquid damage mac,has corrosion on C1902 and C1922, rest of board looks clean with no corrosion or burned looking components.

Figured it was J5250, I just accidentally ripped it off just now, taking off all the pads except one. luckily most of them are not connected or ground. I have stuck it down with 2 jumpers on pin 6 and 7 also replaced R5250 and C5250. still no luck
Got a a1502 2015 model with liquid damage around u3310, replaced a few burned components. The MacBook works perfect, it just won’t sleep when the lid is shut. any ideas what it could be?
